The Derby Public Library is pleased to announce the addition of ebooks to our collection! We have expanded our services to include eBooks and other eMaterials available to download from the library's website. Library card holders can check out and download eBooks anytime, anywhere by visiting www.sunflowerelibrary.org. Titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending periods so you will never have a late fee!
This service, powered by OverDrive, is free for patrons with their Derby Library Card. The Sunflower Consortium, a collaborative group of 8 Kansas Libraries, will launch with many titles from top publishers! Derby Library card holders also have exclusive access to the library's advantage collection. This collection includes additional copies and other titles specifically for Derby Library card holders.

To access these digital materials you will need...
- A valid library card
- Internet acess
- A computer or device that meets the system requirements for the type(s) of digital materials you wish to check out. Examples of compatible devices include Sony Reader, Barnes & Noble Nook, IPad, and the Amazon Kindle. To view supported ebook device, click here.
- Free Adobe Digital Editions software for the computer or device on which you wish to use the materials availabe at this site.
- Access to the website www.sunflowerelibrary.org.
- You are unable to download ebooks from library computers at this time. They must be downloaded to your personal computer.
